Due to the nature of digital content, once an eBook is downloaded or accessed,
we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

We may issue refunds only in the following cases:
• You were charged twice for the same product.
• You did not receive the download link within 24 hours after confirmed payment.
